On August 9, 2022, Drive Shack Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1 and is
