NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Newcastle Investment Corp. (NYSE: NCT) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year financial results for the period ended December 31, 2012 on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at approximately 6:30 A.M. Eastern Time.

In addition, management will host a conference call on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time. A copy of the earnings release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of Newcastle’s website, www.newcastleinv.com.

All interested parties are welcome to participate on the live call.
