Newcastle to Release First Quarter Results on May 6, 2011

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Newcastle Investment Corp. (NYSE: NCT) announced today that it will release its first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2011 on May 6, 2011 before the market opens.

In addition, management will host a conference call on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time. A copy of the earnings release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of Newcastle's website, www.newcastleinv.com.

All interested parties are welcome to participate on the live call.
