NEW YORK, April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Newcastle Investment Corp. (NYSE: NCT) today announced that it will release its first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2007 on May 3, 2007 before the market opens.

In addition, management will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, May 3, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. eastern time. A copy of the earnings release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of Newcastle's website provided below. All interested parties are welcome to participate on the live call.
