NEW YORK, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Newcastle Investment Corp. (NYSE: NCT) today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year financial results for the period ended December 31, 2006 on February 22, 2007 before the market opens.

In addition, management will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. eastern time. A copy of the earnings release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of Newcastle's website provided below. All interested parties are welcome to participate on the live call.
