COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	15. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Newcastle is, from time to time, a defendant in legal actions from transactions conducted in the ordinary course of business. Management, after consultation with legal counsel, believes the ultimate liability arising from such actions, individually and in the aggregate, that existed at March 31, 2015, if any, will not materially affect Newcastle’s consolidated results of operations or financial position. In March 2015, Golf entered into a lease for a 27-hole municipal golf property owned by Los Angeles County, California. The lease is for a term of 21 years and encompasses the golf course, a driving range, food and beverage facilities and a pro shop.
